Google has officially announced Google Indic Transliteration service inside Gmail. Now you can write email in Indian languages you can write inside Gmail without using any software’s.Basically for all Indian users, this service is enabled by default inside Gmail. To enable this service go to settings and enable transliteration as shown below picture.
Transliteration currently supports five Indian languages Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
